1: Would not offer them a manageable loan modification

2: Dragged their feet during the short sale process which caused potential buyers to walk away from sales that would have avoided a foreclosure

3: Didn’t stop the foreclosure when a reasonable offer /contract was presented to them

Although I have been hugely successful in helping most of my customers avoid foreclosure,   I have to experienced some of these stall tactics by banks and wondered why they wouldn’t do everything possible to help their customers avoid this process.   Sadly, I  came across this informative video that points out that not only are certain loan institutions getting bailed out by the government, their actually PROFITING  from the foreclosure!

watch the video below and post a comment.    I then encourage you to let your Congressman and Senators know that  banks shouldn’t profit off  homeowners who are trying to do the right thing.
